Who handles your information?

Enquiries and communication
We use your name, email address, requested dates, guest numbers, apartment preference and message to prepare an offer and communicate with you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to process an enquiry through the form; the apartment preference and message are optional. An enquiry does not itself constitute a booking. Please do not send health information or identity documents through the form.
If an enquiry does not lead to a booking, we delete the information within 30 days after the enquiry is closed. Where a complaint is ongoing or a legal obligation applies, we may retain the necessary information until the matter is resolved or for the required period. If you book, we provide separate information about further processing.
For spam prevention and to help avoid duplicate delivery, the server stores technical request references and keyed hashes without names, email addresses or message contents. Technical request references older than 24 hours are removed on the next form use.
Service providers and transfers
Our website sends enquiries through the mail service provided by RackForest to our Gmail mailbox. Staff handling your enquiry and providers needed for delivery and storage may access the information. Hosting and technical providers help deliver the website.
Google services may process information outside the EEA. Google's privacy policy explains the safeguards used for international transfers.
Maps and browser storage
When Google Maps loads, your browser connects to Google's servers. Google may receive technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, and process information under its own privacy policy.
The website's own code does not include advertising tracking or visitor analytics. Temporary browser storage supports language switching and apartment selection; we do not send this information to analytics providers. Google services may use separate technologies.
The map is subject to the Google Maps terms of service.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling to assess enquiries.
